We prebooked online via AirBNB and the contact person was Jenny. Upon arrival we were received by a guy working there who smelled like alcohol. He then informed us that we were not on the bookings for the weekend and that they are aware that Jenny (a previous receptionist) is doing this. I asked for a contact detail to find someone who can assist us and was given the business card. None of the contact numbers on the business card worked. I even messaged the Whatsapp numbers provided but nobody responded. There was zero assistance offered. The fact that they were aware of it for over a year and did not report it was very dissapointing. Then the couple who arrived after us WHO BOOKED VIA BOOKING.COM HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. We all ended up at The Hank Guesthouse who assisted us and took great care of us.
