Highly Reputable
We have had extremely bad roof leaks and have been battling with contractors and roof “specialist” simply not rectifying our issue. We decided to give Joshua from The Perfector a chance after he was highly commended to us by a colleague. He came through quoted and invoiced the following morning completed the job in a matter of days. We final have no more leaking and have saved a lot of money. Thanks to him and his professional trustworthy team. I highly recommend the young man for his up and coming service and urge anyone reading up on his bad reviews to bare in mind that we all have to start somewhere and learn being self employed and starting off a business

Highly Reputable
We have had extremely bad roof leaks and have been battling with contractors and roof “specialist” simply not rectifying our issue. We decided to give Joshua from The Perfector a chance after he was highly commended to us by a colleague. He came through quoted and invoiced the following morning completed the job in a matter of days. We final have no more leaking and have saved a lot of money. Highly do not recommend
The full scope of work was not carried out and no reimburesment was given, we were left with over 150kgs of rubble to sort out ourselves as well. Upon first quotation we asked if a COC would be needed as the DB board was going to be moved to which he confirmed. Wasted our time saying he would come in at this time and that he is on his way, we wasted our whole leave in December waiting for a one week job to get done in 3 months and still not completed. No invoice was given either and all the excuses in the book. Lumpy plastering over electeical terminals and constant miscommunication. If I could leave a negative review I would.

Very unhappy- job incomplete
He came to our house and did tiling work which was neat However the job is still incomplete. I have paid him to do additional work and to finish up the tiling job he started in November 2022 - it’s now Feb 2023 exactly 3 months since he started the work and it’s still NOT completed- I have asked him for the remaining money back and it’s a fight to get it back he ghosted me we have scheduled a few days for him to come and redeem himself and I have finally run out of patience. I am very unhappy and would not recommend him.

Superior workmanship
Very impressive service, punctual and on time always. We had a terrible traffic flow as a result of a wall blocking our lounge, passage and kitchen. Joshua and his team broke out the wall allowing for an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The work was of excellent standards and completed 3 days faster than quoted for. We are very happy

No more leaks 🤩😁😁😁
I had a leaking roof. It was severe after our recent flooding in KZN. The Perfector re-plied membranes and waterproofing of approximately 150 meters of my roof and after a fews months gone by I can confidently say no more Leaks ! . Excellent service

An excellent, efficient service provided by Joshua Randall and his team. He promptly compiled a favourable quotation and completed an outstanding refurbishment job to our wooden floors the workmanship and efficiency were excellent. Highly recommended

Warning to others - DO NOT USE Joshua Randall's services from The Perfector Handyman
WARNING TO OTHERS We used The Perfector for a repair job to a carport awning that had rusted on the corners and the gutter needed redirecting into the drain. From start to finish, Joshua was so unreliable, bad time management, broken promises, and workmanship was terrible. In the end we had to get the guttering redone as it continued leaking everywhere. Very untidy work and after saying he would reimburse us half the bill, he has since blocked me on WhatsApp and my in law's who are pensioners have not received any form of refund. I DON'T recommend this company to anyone !!!
