The precinct luxury apartments is a Joke

So the Precinct Luxury apartments... it's a joke!! Avoid this place like the plague!! Since we have moved in it has been a terrible experience, from the sales to the moving in process to absolutely everything it is just terrible. Rules only apply to certain members others can do as they please with no consequences! Must be friends with security or something. They treat you like you living in a prison, apparently you not allowed to be in the common area after 9pm on a Saturday according to security but nothing in the rules. Get chased like dogs by security when we sitting just playing cards with no music after 9pm to go back to our house!! They use a company called GCT for the power, let's not go down that road they will give you Grey hairs and they don't care. Issues with their app and power being switched off without any reason and no cause. They just say there must be a problem and send out a tech which takes hours to come out! It's an absolute disgrace!

The gym they so call advertised half the stuff does not work They promised a modern unit with a gas stove, but our unit is out dated and no Gas stove. After moving in we get told they not going to change it! So our relationship is built on lies!!

It's supposed to be a kid friendly estate but people race in the complex hitting speeds of easy 60kh/h with no consequences!! Report it show the vehicle and the unit and the response is we will monitor them!!

Poor maintenance, our shower has been leaking causing damage to our unit and they ask for us to be understanding as their is only one tiling and waterproofing team! However they have 0 understanding towards you!

I am literally regretting moving in here but only staying because it's close to my children's schools and the effort of moving is so much! However if you planning on moving in here be very careful of which unit you get, you want the revamped ones not the old ones, don't look at photos come see it for yourself and ask to be taken around the whole estate because alot of the entertainment they showcase is actually indawo which you don't have access too!!
