My husband agent booked us the Hotel and asked for Sea view on arrival we were checked in ground floor with pool view when asked the porter he says it's sea view but was disappointed so went to front desk to enquire they said must check with management

My husband agent booked us the Hotel and asked for Sea view on arrival we were checked in ground floor with pool view when asked the porter he says it's sea view but was disappointed so went to front desk to enquire they said must check with management. So we did he changed the room.Next day we went out on going back to the room our they had locked us out so the porter said go to front desk we did go and she says they had given complimentary room cos we wanted sea view but we paid for sea view so y complimentary and y we locked out so she rebooked room and say apologies. Not fair at all .we were treated unfairly really very bad Service
