Bad service

Im so dissapointed in staff from prestige Storage On the day of my pick up the male workers that were supposed to assist me they refused to assist me. Now I was supposed to get my deposit the lady who worked there told me that the refund will be made in two weeks nie when I ask her when am I gonna get my deposit she said she forgot to tell me that the person who doing the refund she's in hospital how is that my problem Very poor service
