I wish I had saw these reviews!!!!! Wow! This company took my order and ran away with my money! They are rejecting my calls and avoiding my messages. Unfortunately they have dealt with the wrong one because I have reported them to the ombudsman and will be using all the attached reviews on Google and hello Peter to raise awareness to the ombudsman man about their continued conduct. I will also be laying a ******** complaint in Durban next Monday when I’m in town to put an end to their ******** conduct. If anyone wants to collectively put them to book please contact me on: nisamoseki@gmail.com

Horrible, horrible experience with this company. I ordered a custom T-shirt using their design tool and paid for the quick delivery. When I couldn't open the link on the confirmation email to view my order, I tried calling them. The first 3 times, they transferred me and the call dropped. The 4th time, I told the person not to transfer me and stay on the call. They then told me they don't have a design attached to my order (which I did using their online tool), and that they can't see my payment on their system (despite a payment confirmation from payfast). Clearly my order was not even started yet, and by that time the delivery date was long gone, and this was specifically ordered in time for someone's birthday. I sent them the proof of payment, and asked them to cancel my order. Still no response from them, and they never answer their emails. I'm pretty sure I got ****med.

I have received a customized t shirt which i ordered but it is completely different compared to what was sent to me the logo size and color. They told me 5 days to make and deliver but it took 2 weeks. No one informed me about my delivery until I asked. Now I must wait for feedback regarding this item. Clarence Pillay doesn't keep me updated. I paid in full not like you people gave me a discount but for sales and payment people respond quickly now customers must wait.

This has been my worst experience with The Print Shop and my worst experience with any printing company. I ordered boxes from The Print Shop and every single box came out incorrect. When I raised the issue, I asked for a refund, but instead of resolving the matter, the manager flat-out refused and has since ignored all my messages. Their customer service is shocking, and they take no accountability for their mistakes. Be warned: they are not to be trusted and will happily take your money without delivering what you paid for.

I have been to the store this morning just for a few copies and I was assisted by a young gentleman who was polite. Whilst there I noticed The Print Shop does a lot of commercial printing but I had noticed a quarrel that languages amongst some other people working behind the counter and then a short lady had been screaming and shouting at the other staff with languages very disturbing.its very unprofessional as much as I am a resident of durban north and want to give you guys support by a female myself I would never speak to someone like that. Good luck to the owner !

I have been to the store this morning just for a few copies and I was assisted by a young gentleman who was polite. I'm a former employee of this company, this is the worst company ever. The reason why there is so many 1 star ratings is that the owner of this company is a huge narssictic *****. Almost every day there's a new staff member and another staff being fired. He never pays his employees, he cheats them of their money and treats his employees like dogs and this is why the outcome of this place is do terrible. Do not support this company, he doesn't care about his customers or employees, just his own pockets.

Do not use this shop. We ordered two printed pillows for over R600 on 6 December 2024, and after endless nagging, we only received them on 12 February 2025. This delay is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the print did not go edge to edge as shown on their website. Instead, each image had a border around it, making the product misleading. When we raised the issue, all they could say was, "Sorry about that, sir." I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this business—they simply cannot deliver what they promise.
