I'm so sad and angry at this point in time .First of all ...my pets mean the world to me and I would do anything for them to keep them safe from any harm whatsoever.The said pet shop should not operate with that guy Mohammed working there.My 3 year old Simba is holding on to dear life because of him .Two days ago I went and buy Frontline for my cat aswell as a spray as I get xplained to him what I needed it for ..He gave me the spray and explained to me to apply it to the affected area every second day ..I paid R110 then left .. yesterday I app**** the spray to the affected areas ...from there on my cat just became isolated and weak ..he is dying now cos of this wrong spray .I messaged the owner and asked him to phone me but no reply yet ...I'm losing my cat due to this neglegence ...and I feel they need to take responsibility...

I placed an online order for a cat scratching post and unfortunately the incorrect item was delivered as it was labelled incorrectly, however their customer service in ensuring they corrected their mistake was 12/10. They came to deliver the correct item the very same day I made them aware of the issue. They even delivered it assembled. Because of this reason I will definitely order from them again. This is what customer service is all about - it's how you correct an issue to keep the customer happy! Keep up the good work!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I placed an online order for a cat scratching post and unfortunately the incorrect item was delivered as it was labelled incorrectly, however their customer service in ensuring they corrected their mistake was 12/10. I've come into the Queenswood branch a few times during recent weeks, and the manager is always aggressive, rude and arrogant. Not a person who should be working with customers or animals. I bought four female guppies, and a week later, two of them gave birth. Given the gestation time of the fish, they had obviously been pregnant before purchase; however, at no point were customers warned. Additionally, I realised one of the females sold to me was actually a male. I wanted four females and my tank cannot support all of these new arrivals. When I talked to the manager about this, her first reaction was to get me to buy more products. Then, after explaining that I felt I had got a raw deal and asking her to rectify things, she and another staff member told me that it wasn't their problem - they were only here to sell fish. I asked why and how they could be selling mixed genders as female, and was condescendingly yelled at: "They jump between tanks. That's what fish do!" During this exchange, the manager also childishly decided she couldn't hear me anymore. At no point was there any sympathy or apology from these furious employees. Abysmal standards of business compared to the rest of the retail industry, and the (angry) staff care only for making a quick buck over the well-being of others.

I was helped with Cindy who works at Silver Oaks Qeen pets. She helped me a lot and she was patient with me. I was looking for puppy staff. She did everything for me including a 200 discount on royal canin puppy food. I really like her service. thank you. keep it up

Rude staff that don’t care about customers. I will never go there again. I will advise all my friends and family to not support this shop again. You belittle customers and you don’t care about giving any good service. Check your prices too - much cheaper to buy online at most online pet shops.
