I booked the same day for the Penthouse suite for a romantic get-away. It was everything and more. Service is impeccable and you are treated like royalty from the moment you arrive. The decor in the hotel is unique and opulent. The heated pool and gardens are incredible. The service and quality of food for both dinner and breakfast could not be faulted. And the pianist at dinner was so special. But our suite : perfect. There was a huge private terrace with the perfect balance of sun and shade. A delightful jacuzzi, sun loungers and an outdoor covered lounge. On the other side of the suite was an outdoor area with outdoor shower and spa bath. Above the bed was a skylight that painted the room with natural light. It can be closed at night. A complimentary minibar with soft drinks and water was appreciated. It was a night that I did not want to end. It felt like we were in another country. This is a perfect first night of a honeymoon, or a special place for an anniversary. It was just what we needed to escape, turn off our phones and enjoy our special time together. You have to walk 2 flights of steps to get to the apartment so only suitable for mobile guests. Can't wait to return.. .

Bad experience of my life. We stayed the for 7 months but we were treated as ****. When we arrived we were told that our rooms will be serviced daily but that never happened. The first month everything was okay but after that the service started lacking, bedding was not changed in time, clean towels started becoming scarce, noise was too unbearable and a lot of unusual deals happening there. We once went 10 days without clean linen, sometimes house keeping does not even show up at all, their linen always have stains and their towels are very old and have holes. They are very quick in reminding you that you owe them but their service sucks big time. People go in and out without being checked, covid protocols is not adhered to and their security sucks. They discuss personal information with their cleaning ladies and you find yourself being the talk of the hotel. Their DSTV packaging is forever having problems and it takes forever for their maintanance to fix things.
