Took my bike to KTM Roost for what I believed was going to be a carb tune. The bikes engine was fully rebuilt from top to bottom about 20hrs ago. The bike just had a weak bottom end power. They called me to request them stripping the bike to check piston and quoted R890 for the strip and quote. I agreed. Not long after I received a quotation to the value of almost R32000 to fix the bike. I immediately declined and asked them to assemble the bike as I will fetch it. Now this is where things went south. I got to the shop and was run through the problems they believed was wrong. I then requested to pay and I got an invoice of R2500. So I said to the Andrew that I was quoted R890 to strip barrel and now getting charged an additional R1600 to assemble. I was more than happy to pay for assembly but R1600 seemed excessive. Andrew just stated that it seems to be correct. I reluctantly paid. What made even more angry was the fact that they decided that they did not need to put the bike back like they received it. They received the bike starting and driving. I got the bike back with the piston rings on the handlebars, loose barrel cover and plenty other bits and pieces not even installed properly. And then after this they still had the audacity to charge me R1600 for their assembly "labour". They have no pride. Just because I did not accept your quotation does not mean you had the right to assemble my bike as you please.

Bought a 2014 KTM 1190 Advendure from this dealership after driving 700 km with the bike it started leaking oil from the breather pipe I then immediately let the dealership know and asked them what it could be. Andrew the mechanic also the owner of this dealership told me it was most probably just a small o-ring that corroded because of the age of the motorcycle and that I should bring the motorcycle to the shop so they can repair it. FYI when I bought this bike he knew exactly that I was staying in Lydenburg Mpumalanga and then nothing was wrong even mentioned that they will deliver the bike once I signed the contract for the purchase but when the problem came they were not even willing to come fetch the bike to fix their problem even after the Ombudsman Recommended that they should fix the problem because the consumer act says that you have 6 months warranty on the 2nd hand motorcycle he did not Even contacted me. I Even recommend that I will take this bike to a dealership closer to me so that they can fix the problem and also do a quick check for me all around the bike and he can just pay the dealership what it will cost to fix he never wanted me to do that as well. All Andrew can say it is not his problem!! Finally after 3 months from purchase I just went to fix it at KTM Nelspruit and all was good and got my money back from Roost after finally contacting me after 2 months

Very very bad service from the admin lady by the name of Jackie. Upon asking for a tax invoice she said she did send it. Of which I didn't receive anything. I asked her to forward the email again and she responded she is very busy she will attend to it later. This after paying R6000 for my bikes service.
