Scam furniture company!
What an awful experience and it's still not concluded. Our order was placed on 26 April 2021 for 2 desks and a console table. Expected delivery after 8 weeks (26 June 2021). We received a poor quality console table on 3 September 2021 (26 weeks after our order was placed) and are still waiting for the desks even though the promises are aplenty. All calls go straight to voice mail and emails get no response. We requested a refund and are still waiting.

Scammer
If the guy you dealing with is called Viaan, please stay away!!! . He is a scammer. You will never receive your order or a refund. Am waiting now 10months . He ignores calls , will not do a refund but continues to trade.

Fails to deliver.
This company is perpetuating a scam. They take payment for items and fail to deliver. After numerous threats we were able to obtain half the order which was of an extremely poor quality. We have requested a refund for the outstanding amounts and have only received part payment. I will be engaging a debt collector in an attempt to recoup some of the loss.

Run far far away, paid for goods and never got anything delivered nor a refund
I purchased two benches from this company in November 2020 to be delivered in 2 weeks. They assured me they had stock and were able to deliver. I am yet to receive anything almost 8 months later. Multiple calls to the company yield promises of refunds and many excuses but the refund is not forthcoming. Buyer beware, do not purchase anything from this company! they are out to swindle you!

Shocking communication and poor quality
Will never order from them again. No communication at all. Waited 14 weeks for 2 small shelves. When it eventually arrived after so many stories its not good quality at all. The paint is chipped off, meaning they didn’t wrap it correctly for shipping. Super disappointed.
