The services provided were misleading, and a staff member/owner acted dishonestly.
I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop over a year ago. I was informed that there was an issue with their suppliers, and since then I have neither received the replacement screen nor my full deposit refund. Although I have been promised a refund multiple times, it has not been fulfilled.

The screen team poor customer service
I would like to start of by saying that I have used the screen team’s services 3 times before this with no issues. However the last time I used their services to repair my screen it worked fine until a few days later when the screen went blank. I contacted them on their WhatsApp number and explained and they promised to come back to fix it free of charge the next week. It has since been 6 weeks of back and forth with no resolution. I have been promised that they would come in of 4 separate occasions and when I follow up I am met with radio silence. They initially advised that they were awaiting stock and have since sent me proof that the stock was received last week. I am absolutely appalled by the poor customer service that I have received. I have now given up on them rectifying the situation and I am writing this review to warn potential customers of the mess that awaits you if you use this company. I can not believe how many times I have been jerked around. I will be posting all the screenshots of the conversations on Twitter under #thescreenteampoorservice feel free to have a look at the appalling customer service for yourself. I am truly disappointed in the service I have received.

Wonderful!
Wonderful! Very professional, pleasant responsive chaps to engage with. Service orientated with a proper job more than satisfactorily completed. Had my laptop screen replaced at my home even before I had responses from other providers I contacted. Competitively priced. They know what they are doing and are doing it well.

Wonderful!
Wonderful! Very professional, pleasant responsive chaps to engage with. Service orientated with a proper job more than satisfactorily completed. Disappointing follow up
I had my screen replaced and now my front camera and speaker no longer work, I have tried for a few weeks now to get in conact with them to remedy this as now I can not hear anyone on a phone call but my messages are either ignored or I am told we will schedule time to meet to remedy this but this still has not happened, they both worked fine before my screen was replaced and now I can't answer calls unless I have my earphones nearby which is very inconvenient

Thank you so much to Anthony from screen team for providing fantastic service on a holiday! He was more than happy to come and assist us with our screens as it was urgent and on a holiday and he answered all of my million questions and was super friendly and professional. He is an absolute gem!
