Terrible online support/service!

Terrible online support/service! Have ordered from them before without an issue, but there website is now not accepting any of my address's. They rep**** to my first email but after 4 more emails about 2-3 days apart have heard nothing else. It's R3k worth of hardware, not massive but I would have thought worth the business. Would advice looking elsewhere for your hardware.
