The Seedster - Bid or Buy - Pathetic Service!!!!

The Seedster sells their goods on Bid or Buy. I bought 15 items from them in February and have to date, not received my items, which I paid a shipping (courier) fee for. They send me a tracking number and told me to go to the Post Office to find out where my goods are. The Post Office informed me that they do not recognise the tracking number, and that they cannot help me.
