SCAM website The Shifted Studio

I purchased an item on their website on 28th January and still have not received anything. I think the people on this site that are giving these good receives are likely fake accounts. THIS IS A SCAM. I would really like to know how to proceed to get my money back and bring this person to task. I have contacted this person on Facebook (Bongani Phangisa is the owner) and instagram.
