They are just a ****

On July 31,2023 I bought a kitchen utensil I saw on Facebook selling for R60 and paid for it using my bank card details, to my suprice another amount of R284... was deducted on my account today the 3rd of August 2023 of which I'm confused since I did not buy anything... It's obvious to me that they are ****s if they are able to access my account without me authorizing the payment.
