Since 9 July when I received message via emaiI that my pillow is on its way....NO delivery yet... I can't get hold of the company...bought an expensive pillow...send emails to their support address and left messages on office line....NO response.... It was an expensive pillow... just want feedback but NO luck I keep ob receiving emails to review but can't review because since 9 July NO delivery and not on their way to del8ver

They are a bunch of *****s. So many people has paid for the pillows and no one has received them. No refunds. They took me for R1600 and I know of another lady that was taken for R3200. ****mers of note. If you see the add on facebook please ignore. We need to stop theae *****s.

I spotted SNOODIE on Instagram, placed my order online for their Advance Cervical Relief Pillow (Oder #1178) on 7 June 2025. Despite several follow-ups, including an email on 22 June and again on 10 July, I have not received my order, tracking number, or even a meaningful response. On 22 June, I was told that new inventory was arriving on 24 June and orders would be dispatched soon after. It's now well over a month later, and I've heard nothing further. My last request asked for confirmation of dispatch, tracking details, or a refund - all have been ignored. I called the number listed on their emails for Customer Support - 069 835 1358 - no answer. After a couple of days, I did manage to get through to someone named Njabulo, who gave me Leon Mathula's ***ner) number - 069 970 9813. Again - no answer and no return call despite my voicemail. The lack of service and communication raises several red flags: - No delivery after more than a month - Empty promises about stock - Phone calls go unanswered - No tracking or shipping confirmation - No refund offered This is unacceptable business practice and borders on *****. If SNOODIE cannot fulfill their orders or provide clear communication and refunds, they should not be trading. I am escalating this to the South African ***** Prevention Service (SAFPS) and Consumer Protection if I don't receive a full refund immediately. I strongly urge others to be cautious when buying from SNOODIE.

Do NOT place an order on this website, they will happily take your money, but never fulfill your order. I engaged with Leon Mathula the “founder” and was promised a repayment which simply never materialized. Upon applying further pressure you instead get sent a “Crisis Letter” which states that their bank account has experienced a ***** attack and has been frozen. Yet they continue to take further orders. Their initial website stated that the pillow is rated as #1 by Vogue, GQ & Women’s Health, online searches did not yield any results and once questioned about these claims the site was quickly altered. If you google their new “operating” address (8 Rivonia road) you will note that it is in actual fact a car wash. If you would like to buy this type of pillow it can also be found on takealot at a significantly cheaper price.
