Worst service in the history of business.

I ordered a new lithium ion battery from them and received a old secondhand battery.

They just keep you on a line with no real solution to the problem. I got them so far to collect the secondhand batteries to send me the new one's but they have more excuses then anything ells.

I asked for a photo of the new battery they are going to send and they did, but now all of a sudden there is no stock and they do not want to refund my money.

Do not do business with this place. There names are David, James and Marcus, probably not there real names. Have found a few more sites with exactly the same deals and pictures as there's .(something does not seem right here)

Stay far away from this place!!!
