Scarce work ethnics
our firm Khoza and Associates deals with a lot of section 29 and 35 work that is mostly reliant on the media ensuring that the adverts are on time. for the past 3 years I have been Liaising with The Star Classified Sales lady called Lizelle Scott. She is so pleasant, professional, prompt and always on time in responding to our request and adverti*****ts of the section 29 and 35 adverts. Her professional is a scarce commodity in the current times as she is all customer oriented. she drives customer satisfactory

Spar Simply Veg soya products
Thank you for the excellent Simply Veg range of soya products. This is first time that a major Chain store has taken the trouble to produce a product that meets the needs of the Hindu community. We have ben on this country for over 150 years. Thank you for producing a vegetarian product free of eggs , garlic and onions . I am extremely grateful.

Spar Simply Veg soya products
Thank you for the excellent Simply Veg range of soya products. This is first time that a major Chain store has taken the trouble to produce a product that meets the needs of the Hindu community. We have ben on this country for over 150 years. Thank you for producing a vegetarian product free of eggs , garlic and onions . I am extremely grateful.

Call centre not resolving non-delivery of newspaper
I paid for a 6 months subscription for my 89 year old father as he likes to read The Star daily. Not a single copy has been delivered since 15th June when I was told the first delivery would take place. My father now takes a walk in an unsafe area to buy his copy (which I have already paid for with the subscription). The call centre have been unable or unwilling to solve the problem in spite of daily phone calls to them. They will not give me any contact details for senior staff. There has been no response to my complaint on Twitter or Facebook

Bad news bad service.
How can The Star via the Internet supply contact emails that when you send anything to the email address it says via a return email, that the address can not be found. What nonsense is that misleading / jerking the public around.
