Very bad experience waited the whole year 2025 to get feedback on external credits and was not granted for a module that I did for 2 semesters for degree qualification at a another campus and according to rosebank it did not align with their criteria for a semester module for higher certificate qualification yet they granted credits for matric students who did this as subject in school so very disappointed as a result am one module behind in completing this qualification for higher certificate all because of this

This institution rushed me to make a payment to study at an institution they had no affiliation with. Now I am requesting a refund and they are giving me the run around telling me that they will be having a meeting regarding the refund. After having said on 12 August that my refund was approved awaiting payment. Their service and condenscending attitude is appalling. I have to beg for money that belongs to me. Do Not Use This Company.

A bunch of unruly scammers, who wouldn't refund me my money!!! Their agents are quick to take our money and missell their products. This company is Non-compliant!! When I call them, I am not getting any answers. Their administrative skills are a real joke, as well as their finance team, customer service, Complaint department

What a waste of time,I registered on their platform for tshwane south college to do N4 Financial Management via distance learning..there is no form of student support just a bunch of incompetent amateurs who don't respond to messages when they do they don't have answers..they are so disorganized especially that guy Nicholas and Ceeyah..they are incomplete they were supposed to render student support but are failing dismally ..🚮🚮

Unfortunately I couldn't be placed for N6 HRM in one of the colleges so I was advised to complete a refund form on the 11 Feb 2022. No communication has been received since then, please assist as I am not getting any response on the emails sent.

I tried to contact The Student Hub and it all seems like this is a bogus story. They are harassing me with messages and missed calls. I am not a student with The Student Hub and my name is NOT ANGELROSE!!!! Please remove my details or who the hell may I contact to get this done. Despite blocking every possible number, I still get bombarded with SMSs and phone calls. Is this some sort of sick joke otherwise get your administration in line if you actually do exist! At least got an email from the last sms. Nicholas, please remove me!
