Officially DONE supporting The Treat in Randburg. Staff are unprofessional & rude (because the owners allow it, of course) and the owner totally ignores complaints. The Treat is proof that if you pay for cheap job, that’s exactly what you’re going to get. The owners used to be professional and humble, but since their business has begun expanding, they treat their long-standing clients with utter disrespect. I mean, they clearly no longer need our business. If the staff aren’t gossiping about you in their own language whilst you’re sitting in front of them, then they are making your nail-beds bleed from the cheap nail files used, filing your nails too short because they are more focused on chatting to their buddies instead of on their job, or applying gel in all directions so that it’s completely uneven! Cheap or not, we are PAYING FOR A SERVICE! The staff get away with whatever they feel like at the Randburg branch. It’s a circus! They clearly just hire anyone off the street.

The Treat Greenstone Nail and Beauty.. Reposting coz no acknowledgement or action gets taken when you post a review on their website! Did soft gel tips and it was less than 24 hours with them and they looked like I've had them for over a week already, now it's 5 days and I need to remove this ****o already ... Very untidy and was done in a rush because the lady was rushing to catch her taxi... When the 1st nail was put on I made mention of the excess glue build up underneath the nail and she lifted it to show that it did not get hard under the uv lamp and will be easily removed, when we were done I pointed out all the nails with the build up and her response was 'I tried to remove it but it's hard' ... As for the untidy paint and crusty look around the nails and cuticles...the nail tech was Dineo if I'm not mistaken!.. I will never go back there, R350 down the drain!!! However, The lady that done my toes did a good job, think her name was Hillary... I was not in the mood to argue coz she was already running out the place so was pointless, I paid and left... This was the worst set of nails I've ever had shame, by the looks of things these people are still training coz at 1st I wanted hard gel but No1 could do it

Terrible customer service. We were there today and the ladies spoke in their own language not realizing we understood what they were saying about my Wife being fussy to only want Tandai to do her nails. Terrible customer service. We were there today and the ladies spoke in their own language not realizing we understood what they were saying about my Wife being fussy to only want Tandai to do her nails. We pay alot of money not to be mocked by the supervisor that sits infront with the lady Kiara. Kiara is very pleasant unlike her supervisor.

I did my nails at the treat westgate. My nails are not of equal size. They claim to have shaped my nails as square but my nails look like buns. Acrylic not app**** correctly it’s bumpy. Their nails don’t match the pricing

I made a booking yesterday and paid for an eyebrow wax and tint for 2pm today. I get to the salon in Boksburg a few minutes to 2pm only to be informed that ‘ a message has been sent to me to reschedule to 2:15 pm. Now according to your OWN policy if we are 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled. But if you are late? What then. I don’t make bookings and wait because I have nothing to do. Respect my time as I have respected yours and your policy by making an appointment ahead of time. Because this woman was late, I had to leave because I do have other commitments going on. And even if I didn’t, it is the principle. You don’t text me 13 minutes before hand. I don’t use data outside of my home, you should have called. I demand a refund because this was unacceptable.

Warning: Poor Customer Service Experience at The Treat Randburg I had a disappointing experience at The Treat Randburg on 8 February around 16:45/17:00, and I feel compelled to share my encounter to warn others. My appointment for an eyebrow wax and tint , quickly turned into a nightmare. The consultants behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. She rushed through the service with carelessness, resulting in unsatisfactory results. When I politely raised my concerns about her attitude and the poor quality of service, she responded with further rudeness and hostility. She refused to acknowledge her behavior or apologize, even going as far as threatening me when I dared to voice my dissatisfaction. As a paying customer, I believe in respectful and professional treatment, as well as receiving a satisfactory service outcome. Unfortunately, the consultants behavior fell far short of these expectations. I urge the management of The Treat Randburg to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customer service should be a priority, and it's evident that improvements are needed. In conclusion, my experience at The Treat Randburg was deeply disappointing, and I hope others will heed this warning before considering their services.

The Treat Arbour crossing is the worst place to have anything done. Everyone that works there including the owner has a terrible attitude. They speak about you in Zulu while you are there. I went there for the 1st time, the lady that did my nails was so rude. She didn't listen to anything Inwas saying and did her own things. She even put on a color I didn't want. They speak so ill of previous customers and laugh at everyone. They should first try to brush up on their sour personalities. They are angry at the whole world. I went back the 2nd time in a space of a week to try and get them to fix what they originally did wrong. They knew I complained and gave me the worst person ever. She hurt me so badly. She was so rough and filed right through my skin. They are evil and despicable and disrespectful and disgraceful. This business deserves to go down and they will with their terrible attitude. I am yet to meet anyone that has had a pleasant experience there.
