POPI Act violation.
POPI Act violation. This company stores and sells your private personal information without consent. When contacted they avoid and obfuscate endlessly, but the point is I DID NOT GIVE MY CONSENT.

Makes money from selling your private information
You do not have my permission to share my details with anybody. In fact, you do not have my permission to store my data. Stop this ********* business practice of selling people's private information.

Bad customer service
Called to try and get myself removed. Got through to Smith and he was very hesitant to remove me, needed much information and wanted to first find out who the agent was that called me. Made me stay on the line until I received an email.

The Virtual Agent selling my details
I received a Whatsapp message today from an estate agent wanting to know whether our house is available to let for commercial purposes. I asked her where she got my number from and she said from The Virtual Agent. I have never heard about The Virtual Agent before and they had no right to sell my details to anyone else, heaven knows where THEY got my details from! What happened to the POPIA act? It's a miserable failure, no question about that...

The Virtual Agent sells your private information without consent
This company someone acquired my personal information without my consent. They got my name, phone number, address, and probably also ID number. I never gave them my information. And they're selling this information to estate agents.

The Virtual Agent sells your private information without consent
This company someone acquired my personal information without my consent. They got my name, phone number, address, and probably also ID number. I never gave them my information. And they're selling this information to estate agents.

Just like the rest trying to swindle people for money So let me just understand this: I have paid your access fee on the 11th of May. Then I had to pay THE SAME FEE again when i tried buying credits, now your telling me I have to pay it again?? Is this not a monthly fee? How can you charge me 3 times for not even a full month?
