<p>DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ITS SISTER COMPANIES - The Water Proofing Company run by Geoffrey Raymond Torr.</p> <p>Despite my various attempts to contact Geoffrey after being paid in full, he has dodged and avoided me. We have several leaks across our home and he refuses to honour his guarantees. He does not answer any of my calls or emails. I am shocked as he always answered my calls and emails immediately before being paid. He turns his Facebook reviews off to avoid bad reviews. He falsely states that his companies are members of the Master Builders Association. Further, he provides a VAT number & trading name that does not exist with SARS and there is no record of any of the company names with CIPC. Please share as we need less not more of these unscrupulous people.</p>

14 Feb 2017, 14:01Shortly after this review, Geoffrey did contact me and explained that he was unavailable due to an emergency but he returned and attended to the problem proffessionally and will still be coming out to ensure that everything is 100%. I am satisfied with his honouring of his guarantees.
