Waterproofing not so waterproof

<p>I contracted The Waterproofing Company, also trading as The Roofing Company of 6 Rudolph Street, Sunderland Ridge, Centurion in the last week of September 2016 to remove and replace the waterproofing, screed and floor tiles of my patio/garage roof in Pomona, Kempton Park as rain water was leaking into the garage and electricity distribution box. After completing the job during the second week of October I had to recall the company to correct the water run-off as water was pooling on the patio instead of running off via the drain pipe. I paid the final half of the payment after they had “fixed” the run-off but before the first significant rain of the season. A few days after the first significant rains fell, I noticed that the patio/garage roof was still leaking. At that time (15 November) I contacted Geoffrey Torr who was to inspect the leaking roof/patio on Thursday 17 November at 10:00. He did not arrive and every subsequent attempt to contact him by landline and mobile telephone and two seperate email addresses has been in vain.</p> <p>I notified him in writing that I would take the matter up with your organisation if he did not respond to my communication by close of business on Thursday 24 November. He has not done so at this time.
