Unhappy tenant

I have been residing in Theresapark estate for the past four years due to convenience and not choice.

There is absolutely no service delivery happening in this estate, they will treat you extremely well when you are looking for a place, but quickly treat you like trash as soon as you sign the lease.

Their maintenance service is very poor, when they repair something it doesn’t last because they use cheap materials as compared to the ones you found when moving in. Most of their washing machine drains are blocked and cloaked because there’s no maintenance happening.

I locked maintenance complain in April about my washing machine drain being blocked. They came to repair it after centuries while I was at work. Then they further charged me for replacing a washing machine tab which they did not. In total demanding 1600 from me. I queried this in April and to date I have not received any help with this.

There is never a go to person in the estate when you have an issue, the only time you see the guy is when he walks people to go view to let places.

Basically once you move in you are on your own, please save yourself from this misery if you are thinking of moving in here! IHS HAS NO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
