These guys are ****mers. I ordered building material from them, made a payment and none of my material arrived.

Your continuous support means the world to us. And we hope that when we reopen in January 2025 that we can continue our business relationship.
As we can't get hold of our standby drivers, we have officially decided to close this morning for 2024. We will reopen on 6th of *January* 2025.

Apologies for the video. I just wanted to show you that our trucks are delivering.
To he honest we have a backlog at the moment, and i was never made aware of it. I think everyday that its loaded and then its a other order. I confirmed that it was loaded the last time we spoke. But due to time they went back.
So from my side i deeply apologize.
Your refund also came back as i see the 3rd digit we made a mistake.
So i will personally load the refund of the bricks and the labour today. And make it immediate available.
I will also make a plan to come to you personally to apologize.
Believe me i feel bad

As soon as we open at 9 im going straight at the delivery manager. As i know for a fact they loaded you order. And they know even if its time to go home and there is a order on the truck it must be delivered.
So this morning there will be fire.
Or alternatively let me refund you in full. This is also unacceptable to me.
