Payment yet No service was delivered

Do Not make use of this service I paid Donovan R687.50 on the 8th of June to settle outstanding fines up until now the fines show outstanding!! Donovan does not return messages or phone calls , he has now blocked me.

He was quick to assist when it was time for payment but has not delivered a service
