Dishonest & a Thief !! Do not use his services!!

Please do not make use of Donovan , I paid him in full to clear fines months ago and they are still outstanding. He has not fulfilled his service , He ignores my messages , My phone calls , I have messaged him on facebook & Instagram and he does not return either medium of communication.

He is a liar & a Thief. To steal from people during this pandemic is disgraceful.
