Thomas Tyres - Halfway great if you have a lof of time and patience.

I give them 2 starts for being friendly and putting in the shocks correctly.. But that's where I'll stop, they take forever to finish a job. I understand that they are also busy, but they can atleast try to stick to the time tables they give to the clients. I took my car on 25th April 2022 (yesterday) they told me my shocks will arrive around 12, not a lot of problems there, up until around half past 2 they call me and tell me my shock mountings are damaged, okay, went back to have a look, told them to replace it, which they replied that they need to order it and then replace. The shock mounts would of arrived at half past 3 and they would put it in.. 4 O'Clock I called and they tell me that they haven't recieved the mountings yet and that they can't get a hold of the driver. Now me and my dad ( I'm paying petrol , keep in mind) drove all the way to Vaalpark to get new shock mounts because of the driver, we were like 5 meter away when they called again to say sorry the driver has arrived.. okay, went back to Sasolburg to go and check. They did the wheel alignment and not to my suprise they couldn't even line up my steering wheel.
