Avoid them at all costs. Their claims are *********. I purchased a supposed R2000 box advertised to be valued at R4000, but upon receiving it, the contents were only worth R800. They are unresponsive and clearly running a ****.

Honestly how do businesses get away with this. First and foremost no communication skills whatsoever. Tracking doesn’t work . Complain the. They say it’s coming 2 weeks later. Only to discover they just ordered a random item of takealot that’s nowhere near the cost of what you paid. Takealot I would advise you to get these guys to stop using you they are giving you a very bad name. False advertising as well.

Honestly how do businesses get away with this. First and foremost no communication skills whatsoever. Tracking doesn’t work . Complain the. They say it’s coming 2 weeks later. Only to discover they just ordered a random item of takealot that’s nowhere near the cost of what you paid. Takealot I would advise you to get these guys to stop using you they are giving you a very bad name. False advertising as well.

They are ****mers!!. I order the mini box that is R599.00. waited 16 days for my order and got Volkano speakers valued at 149.00 nothing else. No feedback from them at all. and no contact number to phone them.

S C A M M I N G bunch of T H I E V E S! I order their "Mini Bundle" for R499 (Discounted from R1000, and R518.99 paid in total with shipping) to test it out, cos it seems like a great little concept. Order was placed on 28 November 2023, get the invoice all seems normal. Leave it expecting delivery sometime, so on 4 December 2023, I email them to find out status of said order, and if I can track it at all. No telephone number so have to email. Suddenly 5 December 2023, I get an email saying my order is on it's way. I then separately get a notification from Takealot that my parcel is out for delivery, thinking to myself "I never ordered anything off Takealot." Friday 8 December 2023 my parcel arrives (would have been delivered on the 7th but I wasnt home). This parcel is apparently my "Thrillbox Mini Bundle"... I pay them R518.99 for them to go order ONE item for R149 (25% off sale) on Takealot and send that to me as their "Mini Bundle". Through the Takealot tracking and communication, I can see everything that they've done... so not only are they C O R R U P T, they're I D I O T S too. They claim FREE Delivery nationwide on the website, but I had to pay R19.99 for shipping, so another lie. There's no phone number to contact them on, you just have to email the one provided and hope for an answer... This company is just pure C O R R U P T I O N, and being so daft, I might think it's another branch of the ANC trying to get more money. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE JUST GONNA RIP YOU OFF

Thrillbox is a ****
****!! They offer mystery boxes and after a long fight they finally sent a package ordered from takealot 2 weeks after we ordered with random items worth a third of what we paid. Absolutely just a ****
