Air fryer scam
Good day On Black Friday 2021 this company Tidee had a special on Air fryer for R929, a year later and no air fryer or my money back. My order nr is #8282B2 I did sent messages on face book but no response, sent email no response. And I an not the only one there is 2 more people that is working with me. Hope to hear from you soon. Air fryer scam

Paid for item that was never delivered
I ordered and paid in full for an air fryer from Tidee in August 2020. To date I have not received my order. I followed up with mails and the response I got was that they were having stock issues. They suddenly just stopped replying to my mails when I asked for a refund.

Tidee don't even deserve a 1 star, I've order ORDER #8089B2 my airfryer in November 2021 and yet I don't have a airfryer, they just make empty process and taking people money, last I heard it's been shipping in January 2022 and nothing after that, I want money back and don't wana hear anything

TIDEE - NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICES (Team@tidee.co.za)
This company have a website and ads but don't respond . They advertise things like Air Fryer and accepts your order but don't follow through even though they take your money. When I eventually got a response from them they advised that the item was being shipped from China and that was the last I heard from them. Correspondence is non existent. There is no provision for follow up. Please assist urgently. Many thanks in advance.

HOW DO WE GET THIS COMPANY TO PAY BACK OUR FUNDS. DISGUSTING STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!

I have ordered a Tidee airfryer in October 2021 - received my confirmation e-mail on 23 October 2021. Up to date I haven't received anything. At first we were kept updated with promises that they were having trouble but that has now come to an end. Their website is now closed and my e-mails to the support team are bouncing back as undelivered.
