The long and short of is that we ordered company t-shirts from Tiger Clothing in Benoni and we received items that were: 1. Very poor quality (faded & dull colored t-shirts) and; 2. Some have permanent marker/koki markings on them that don't come out when washed Now as if it's not disappointing enough that the majority of the t-shirts we received cannot be used at all; when we contacted the supplier to express our grievances, as well as try to come to an amicable solution (by exchanging the bad t-shirts with the color that came out a bit better), we were met with following: 1. Complete defensiveness and an unwillingness to assist 2. We were told that in fact, it was our artwork that was the problem (an issue which had never raised before) 3. To further shift the blame onto us and this new "artwork issue" that was never raised before, they then said we should pay them more money for them to fix our artwork in order for them to redo SOME of the t-shirts 4. Oh and we were also told that we don't understand basic English, even though the person who provided us with incomplete information admitted (in writing) that they did not communicate everything required upfront properly :-) So basically what Tiger Clothing is saying that after they give you a mediocre product: it's your problem and you will have to pay them more money for them to fix their mess. So, if you have time to waste and money to throw away; then spend it on Tiger Clothing. Otherwise, you're better off buying a MRP t-shirt and getting screen printing done on it. I promise you, you will have a better quality t-shirt and it won't even cost you 50% of what you will spend with Tiger Clothing.
