Rude unprofessional service from Timber and Tide

Booked and paid for 4 nights to find the property is fully booked,owner rude made a comment to say it is not her problem if the booking site is not updated.No accomodation for the long weekend after we paid the full amount online. Aweful experience! Don’t book this place!
