I would like to thank the guys at Time Watch Specialists for the fantastic services. I have a Michael Kors watch and two of dials were loose. I took my watch to them to see if they can fix it for me and how long will it take. On Thursday (27 Oct) I gave my watch in and the next day (today, 28 Oct) I got it back and it's fixed. Thanks for the quick and great service.

AVOID!! Poor, unfriendly service - too much trouble to be of assistance. Had to come back twice to collect. Charged more than quoted because adjusting watch strap was 'more difficult than expected...' ! Not so much about the amount than the principle.

I handed a watch in for repair in 2017 , I lost the slip but tried twice with my surname to get the watch with no success. Two weeks ago I tried again and a wonderful lady helped me and got my watch at the back and I paid for the repair. She notified me the watch was not ticking and needed a battery. I returned half an hour later when the manager/repairman came in and told the lady in an terrible manner" I told you it doesn't work" and walked past me to the back. The poor lady didn't know what to say , so I told her I will take it up with the owner. I waited over a week for a reply and got told watches cease to function and need to be serviced and I can get a discounted rate , there was no apology at all , I am still waiting no for a reply a week later again on what the "service " will cost. This type of service doesn't belong in a mall like Tygervalley Centre. The service received in the store and from the owners is extremely poor , this isn't about paying for broken watch and still getting told it will take 8 weeks , this is about the totally disrespect towards customers and their jobs being an effort for them. This could of been handled better if someone had faced me and explained/discussed the matter.

Terrible service from Time Watch Specialists in Tagervalley Centre. In the last couple of months we have handed two watches in for battery replacements and both watches' waterproof seal was broken afterwards. These were both professional diving watches that we dived with regularly (rated waterproof up to 100m and 200m respectively). Both were working 100% up until we booked them in to their service department. The first watch 'passed' their pressure test after the battery replacement and were issued a 'certificate' to confirm it. After we took it back to them when it started misting up, they had a lame attitude of 'Oh, well. That's too bad. **** happens.' As we have always had our watches' batteries changed at this service centre - I figured that ruination of the first watch was a fluke. So I took another watch to them for a battery change. When I collected it, they said the waterproof seal was broken even before they started i.e. the watch didn't pass the pressure test - which is absolute hogwash as I dived with it regularly up until then. This one is now also ruined (no longer waterproof and mists up under the shower - so I will definitely no longer be able to dive with it until I have had it sorted). We will send both away to real watch specialists to have the waterproofing properly fixed and certified. Just a word of caution to other potential clients who think that this business is still 'watch specialists' - hmmmph... in name only. Rather have your watches' batteries changed somewhere else unless you want your watch ruined. Very disappointed. After years of going there, I definitely won't go back. Their name is now an ironic misnomer in my opinion.
