Box Incomplete

Bought a button badge press R6000, paid immediately, order was done very quickly but what a suprize when I opened the box ...... the most important part is not in the box. The person who pack the box not even filled in on picking slip and another person check it for completeness?. I know whe are all human and things happen but when you see a order BUTTON BADGE PRESS KIT it must make you attentive to checking that the complete machine is packed. Promised to get my shorted part asap ....... so let's see how long I have to wait for something paid for but not received. No updates what so ever, I have to keep on asking
