I do not recommend this company if you have a business. We gave 2 months cancellation notice. 3 months after leaving the office-park Bianca contacts me wanting to remove their equipment. When I tell her we do not have the keys anymore or access to that office, she becomes rude, tells me it’s our responsibility to get their equipment back. Why didn’t they collect their equipment before we moved out of the offices? Or tell us there will be a need to remove their equipment prior to us leaving the office. She couldn’t answer my questions and dropped the call in my ear. Very rude.

Honestly save your money. The worse ISP in SA. No client service ethic what so ever. No communication either and Bianca - the finance lady? Rude and ***********!!! I called and sent an email to cancel on the 9th. Today I follow up since I have not received an email to confirm and only today I am told about a cancellation form?? They are honestly the worst thing you can do to yourself. Support is not good either

So a few weeks ago, i wrote a review on Herilink SA, i was very disappointed in the way they handled my reconnection at my new home. Precious from Herilink took over my complaint, and i cannot stop smiling! Precious kept me in the loop of how my reconnection would be handled, She arranged with the TITC team to reconnect my wifi before they closed, and between the TITC team, and Precious, i cannot say thank you enough. Well done.

Herilink Sa...... So here's my story.... Moving next week, and want to re connect my wifi at my new home. Easy peasy right? With Herilink? WRONG! First they disconnect my service prematurely. Then more havoc, i was told technicians need to re connect my wifi manually at my new home. I arrange for an elderly family member to be present next week to accommodate the technicians. Then i get called, advising me that the technicians can do the re connection remotely because everything that's needed for wifi is already at the new home. I cancel my family member..... Get called again... Guess what? The technicians have to do the re connection manually again... Are you confused yet? Believe me i am....and all i need is wifi by next week.....

TITC SA has to be once of the worst fibre companies. From day 1 it has been an issue to get the fibre working and there as been numerous hardware issues. There is a small yellow cable that leads to the back of the black box which broke and the green clip also broke, TITC sent out their technicians who did not know what the issue was. Finally the unit came back but I still had major connectivity issues, no invoice was emailed to me nor did they inform me upfront what the charges would be, little to my knowledge that cost me an extra R950. I have no problem paying but you need to at least invoice or inform your client of the extra charges. I have emailed the CEO and to date I have not had a response back. This is day light robbery and people need know what they are in for before you sign up with TITC SA.

I was a current subscriber of TITC fiber at Rosewood Terraces in Broadacres. I was told as a resident that TITC was the only isp provider I could use and the only one that will work at Rosewood terraces . After paying R2000 installation connection and a monthly subscription of R733 I was told on Friday 29th May when I called to query the payment that my service was being cancelled due to a problem with their fiber provider and it was being cancelled from the 1st June. After numerous calls I am still unable to get connected with a new provider as TITC did not migrate anything. It was their duty to firstly provide sufficient notice to its subscribers about the cancelation of contract and also to migrate the service internally with a new fiber provider so as not to disrupt the current service. But they have not done so and now I am sitting on day 3 working from home with no connectivity. The current ISP providers have long waiting lists for connection and I find this totally unprofessional and unacceptable on the part of TITC SA. I am left helpless and highly frustrated!!!
