What an *********** group!!!!

Number one this people ask you to pay the full amount before they start the start doing your product range , you would think by them requesting such a thing from a client they would be faithful on their end . I gave TiwaLetique (Pty) Ltd my clothing range development in August 24 th with everything fully paid for and fabrics send and was told that production will be done by the first week of September it takes them 10-15 days to complete everything that I asked for.First week September I communicated with them to arrange collection of my items I was told the is a delay in production due to Load-shedding seen that they are a small business I the client must understand and I the client must be the one calling them for updates seen they are a small business I must understand ! I am also a small business and very inconvenience by the terrible service , I must really run after them to get an answer at alone to get updates about my my clothing range production stages at that time I have fully paid for everything . I was promised that I can set collection by Monday the 18th September 2023 , still I was the one following up with no one answering my messages called the landline the Nikita's partner hanged up the phone in my ear ! Now the two communicated that everything will be done by 20th September 2023 but who is going cover the cost of overnight shipment seen I had clearly explained to them that I have a show to setup for and everything should be done by the 24 th September for the show . This company is *********** why take up the job if you don’t have the resources!! Poor service the don’t communicate at all to give customer surety, completely rude to clients and don’t meet up to the time frames!
