Tkz Books 30/11/2022 I called this number (084) 447-3382 it ranged un-answered. Opted to email No response on email. Opted to WhatsApp No response on WhatsApp. 04/01/2023 I WhatsApp’d and finally got a response stated the above attempts, and the guy was dismissive with No apology. He then requested for my email and he sent me a quote and promised to deliver in the next two to three days, on the third day in the morning I called him and he advised that he has received stock but it was all sold out. He then promised me another delivery date, I then called him a day before he confirmed that he had received stock and I made an eft payment and called/sent him proof of payment. On the delivery date which he had stated prior I called him in the morning and he advised that the books were sold out, I must wait for the following week I then advised him via WhatsApp that his service was appalling to say the least he cannot be subjected me to such etc as I had been inconvenienced by him multiple times dating back to the 30/11/2022 to now. He chose not to respond to my WhatsApp message and opted to call me instead, advising me that he was sorry he checked his email inbox and confirmed receipt of my email in November 2022 and he will give me “ R500 discount “ for the inconvenience caused he will further more refund the EFT payment that I had made and I must only make the payment after the delivery of the books on Wednesday. I suspected something was fishy as he was telling me all of this telephonically and not via WhatsApp were I had laid down my complaint with him, I then advise him to write down everything that he had said telephonically on WhatsApp he agreed. I then WhatsApp him on Monday the 16/01/2023 confirming the Wednesday 18/01/2023 delivery and he confirmed delivery of books on Wednesday 18/01/2023 On the 18/01/2023 Pupil returned back from school and upon enquiry advised me that they was no delivery of the textbooks, to my million shock I called Tkz books he resorted to the initial resort of the 30/11/2022 and ignored my calls&WhatsApp I then called the school to lay a complaint about Tkz to my shock I was advised that he had advised the school that I was rude and he won’t be delivering the textbooks which by the way he had been promising to deliver and “ apologised for the inconvenience caused” Diabolical to the core! Hence the apology was telephonically and not on WhatsApp, and when I asked him to type it down he knew he was pinning himself he typed it down sent it to me unwillingly and went to school to complain while giving me false promises on delivery date/day thus buying time so that by the time I’m completely fed up and proceed with reporting him to the school my complaint will be baseless as he had already granted himself an early start in reporting false information. In conclusion they was no R500 discount. No sincere apology hence telephonically. Wasted the pupils time Wasted my time. Unprofessional, dishonest as only a person with a dead concise will behave in his conduct he would do anything to soothe his ego and save his business even if it’s unethical/dishonesty /inconvenience/hurt individuals in the process he couldn’t careless. Utter abuse and diabolical to say the least. Tkz books as you are well aware that you have planted a bad seed as Tkz books ‘ may you reap what you have sown ‘ You can’t manipulate the law of sowing and reaping!

Unprofessional time waster who will waste the pupils time in learning and the parents time, give a false apology & R500 discount and a Wednesday delivery final delivery date On the delivery date he will ignore your calls and WhatsApp texts, that way the R500 discount is invalid and he has succeeded in wasting your time and pupils time then he goes to the school play a victim that doesn’t want to argue thus tenting you as parent and soothing his ego.
