Tlc is running a flawed competition, I did all that was required and bought the necessary items I made sure the qualifying products are at the top of the receipt as I had a lot more to buy that day, I tried to upload my receipt only for my receipt to be rejected, I reached out to their support, only to be told that the date has to be valid, which is fine but at the same time they don’t allow for multiple pictures, it’s literally impossible for me to take a single picture of the really long receipt so that everything is clear, there is no alternative or work around to capture multiple shots. They should have made this clear so that we could have made separate transactions for the items. I don’t need those items at the moment and cannot but them again just for the competition however, I did buy specific brands in order to enter. Quite a disappointment, especially since they claim that prizes are guaranteed, whether something small or big as long as you buy all participating products. A hard lesson learned but also shame on them because they know not everyone buys just 3 for items when buying groceries, they could have made an allowance for long receipts.

Dstv gave me a dining reward through TLC marketing. You cannot claim any meal vouchers, through their link, for any of their listed restaurants. Sent numerous emails to them to only receive a response one month later when the link has already expired, asking me to keep trying. They still want me to rate their response to my query !!!!

I would give this company zero starts if I could. I won a prize and they were the supplier that was meant to send the prize on a monthly basis. Two months with nothing and no correspondence! Shocking service - no big FMCG company should use them, it really gives them a bad name!

Good day, I am extremely annoyed with your services and vouchers. First of all I have gone twice to two different Total garages to use my voucher and were not able to use my voucher as the system did not work. Therefore, I had to use cash to pay. Yes, these two times I have had cash on my to pay but what happens when someone relies on this voucher and does not have the money to pay. You are not able to see first if the voucher works and then filling your car which is pathetic. I have now had to pay R1000 for petrol when I have a voucher to use. I would like to be reimbursed this money and please can I have a voucher number that actually works.

Good day, I am extremely annoyed with your services and vouchers. TLC Marketing does not deserve one star .They offer absolutely zero customer service .nobody answer their landline number 1106767768 and they do not even respond to emails . i sent over 10 emails to them and have not received any reply . the rewards program they running with African bank is a scam .i went over 4 times to Shoprite to use my voucher code 307495582, it keeps declining and Shoprite said the code is incorrect .
