Shoddy and incomplete workmanship from TMGSA
We have just had a terrible experience with this contractor. He quoted us to waterproof our patio cover which has IBR sheeting and the final product is really shoddy and incomplete. Throughout the process, I had to continually contact him to find out when his team would come to complete the job. His people would be there for a few days and then nothing for a week. I would need to call and then they would be back for a day. He complained that he other work and needed to fit us in. Then don't take the job. We now have an unfinished roof that still leaks (his answers was - "Full waterproofing carries a separate cost." Then why did he lie to us at the start saying it would be waterproof. He came to our house a few times when we had issues and just stood around talking nonsense making false promises and frankly just wasting our time. Never wrote anything down and then never kept any of his brash promises. I am presently looking into litigation to try and resolve the situation. Be very careful of him and his company and make sure you get everything in writing before you pay a sent.
