i hired these people for a 21st function

i hired these people for a 21st function.they came 3 hours after the arranged time.put there phones off.rocked up with no apology .came with the wrong color scheme than wat was agreed upon .and half the items which was agreed upon and still wanted full payment.these people are *****s i do not wish anyone to use them.for any functions
