Jeep vowling ordered pd for on 21.2.2015 still not

Jeep cowling ordered and pd for on 21.2<br> 2015.we pd for overnight service they said they send ordinary post.after several phone calls and emails they admitted they did not send overnight.spoke to manager who told me he and his staff is sick and tired of me phoning all the time and they are busy tracing the parcel.whem i asked him how do thry trace ordinaty post the manager put the phone down in my ear.i phoned again two weeks ago and was told my R600 will be pd thay afternoon into my bank acc i must send them details whih i did.still waiting and it is now 10th of May.every time i phone i get told by Tom he gave my message to management.they are not pleasant to talk to
