parts bought but not received
Morning<br> <br> I bought and paid for car parts on the 5th may 2015 from jerry at toi moi parts silverton after a lot of problems with delivery of my parts I send a friend to pick up parts at supplier on the 18 may 2015<br> When my friend delivered the parts to me I saw the parts that was given to him was wrong <br> I contacted supplier and was told to return parts for correct ones and I did just that only to find correct parts was not in stock <br> I was told to return the next day but when I phone to confirm that parts are there I was told that parts will only be ready later that afternoon so I arranged to pick up next day <br> When I phone next day supplier had new excuse for parts not being ready that went on until the 30 may 2015 I went to supplier about 4 times with a new excuse on why parts were not ready <br> I phoned daily to try and get my parts but only with excuses every time <br> On the 1 June 2015 I requested a refund as my parts was still not ready and I can't afford to drive up and down for nothing as I had to ask friends to take me as my car is not running <br> As of today 17 June 2015 I have not received a refund or my parts and supplier isn't responding to my messages or telephone calls
