DO NOT USE: RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL !!
DO NOT use this company. I was requested to make an upfront payment to ensure my items were complete on a committed date. The items were not done. He was exceptionally RUDE when confronted with screenshots of his commitment. He refused to reimburse me, even though he had not done work on the items when I went to collect.

02 Oct 2021, 07:56The items where on a queque which we follow to serve all customers as first in first out we can not unfortunately jump queque when one has bad planning on dates the items in question design ladies pants for a wedding wedding placed in 3 days time and a shirt both Charged R800. Customer failed to pay only R300 for both items on their wedding outfit. We strive to help customers and on time no way a Bussiness can do a Wedding outfit R300. On urgent base not practical. Items where done the lady Husband Collected still wanted refund for a delay in minutes.

02 Oct 2021, 10:24Unfortunately we are a Bussiness we can not do work for free. We also serve right terms and Conditions. The designs where done only R300 paid. Shirt & Ladies Pants. Asking for refund of that R300 again???
