The used car- toyota yaris was advertised on Gumtree with having a alarm system , once i bought the car i realized it had no alarm in it . To install a alarm will cost me over R1500 .This is not a small amount . !
The car advertisement was on a few web sites . And on all the site it was stated that the car had a alarm build in.
i called the dealer and asked where is the alarm and he just acted as if he had no idea and said it was a typo mistake in the add. This is after the add was update several times with the same mistake. On my test drive before buying the car the sale man had opened the car and after the test drive had locked the car ,therefor i had no idea there was no alarm system .I only realized there was no alarm after buying the car and parking at work the car i realized as i wanted to lock the car that there was no alarm . I Phoned the following day and a few days after to complain and asked for my alarm . Now the car dealer wants no responsibility to fix their mistake by installing me a alarm system . the right thing is to deliver to me what was advertised or refund me R1500 to install a alarm system , at current i cant even insure the car as it has no alarm system

I have tried buying a car from them an there was lies from the begining applications that was done but never submitted and then they say that the banks decline the apllications they never sent.
After confronting the sales person he said i was rude and put the phone down i would like the owner to contact me regarding this as this is unacceptable
