To educate consumers about the experience I had at the Tomtoc Galleria Store, I was actually ****** by the 2 foreigners that where running the store. I was sold a cellphone screen protector for R150 and they debited my bank account with R499. And handed me the receipt looking at descrepancy I questioned the foreigner who insisted he told me the screen guard was R499 but I had a witness who said that he said the screen guard was R150. Then the manager of the store said that he felt it ok to leave the foreigner alone in the store with us because indians in South Africa understand Urdu. Bottom line is please be careful of this store and the foreigners that run it. They are very crafty and they are blatant *******.

What a horrible experience at Tomtoc Kimberley. Me and my learner, not from Kimberley went to the mall and the first shop when entering is this shop. They lured us in. Asking about our phones and started putting on a screen for my learner. Not asking permission, not communicating a price, nothing. In the end, R650. My learner doesn't have that type of money and then made us feel it is our fault. Ask permission man! This is not right!
