Raw pizza

Got raw pizza and was told twice in an email that it's acceptable. I informed them that I wish the next guinea ***s luck with their pizza and was chastised in terms of the fact that I was using foul language towards staff. In terms of the English language, a guinea *** is "a person or thing used as a subject for experiment". So not only got a bad order (didn't want a refund just thought it would be beneficial to inform management) got treated like ****. Not cool!
