Bought a smart watch 14 July 2023 received an order conformation. Did an enquiry on whatsapp on 30th of July and received an answer that they have problems with the suppliers. No further communication from them on whatsapp or email since then. This seems to be a ****.

I ordered adhesive wall paper from Tooka since 22 June 2023 I have not received them till now. I sent them WhatsApp and they said they will sent them but even now nothing is happening, they just keep on promising that they are having a problem with their supplier and they will deliver, its now August I have not received anything.

I bought cupboard and wall paper at Tooka online store on the 22.06.2023, i have not received my products even today. I tried to contact them on their WhatsApp no they said they are having a problem with their supplier and i will receive my order last week but i have not received it till now. I sent them my order no and my names again on Tuesday as they asked but they did not repply

This company advertises so many goods on Face Book and all over. They look legit and even sends you a tracking number after the purchase, but thats it. There is a watsap number to communicate with them but it is not even a valid number. There email adress info@tooka.co.za is there and received my mails but no one responds. So nothing else then a ****. 'tooka Is there logo So yes guys. Dont be ****med !!!

I ordered a Lige Smart Watch as an anniversary gift for my husband on 18 May and paid extra for tracked shipping and insurance. I received an email with an order number but no tracking details. Delivery was to take place within 14 to 18 days. Nothing has been received and there has been absolutely no communication or responses to my follow ups. I've tried calling, emailing and sending queries on messenger (that have been read but ignored), I was then blocked off their Facebook page. All of this is either shocking service or it screams theft and ****! Even using payment methods like payfast (who have your details by the way). If you're here wondering if you should shop on Tooka's site - DO NOT. Tooka, this is your opportunity to make this right and own up, refund me or send the Lige Watch with confirmation thereof by 30 June or I will be reporting you to the police, and I am sure there will be others who will do the same. People cannot get away with this type of sham so brazenly, and will be held accountable.

I ordered a sciatica belt on 8 May 2023. Sent w/app 16 May because I did not receive an email that order was sent. They rep**** that I must wait 14 to 18 working days. Afterwards no contact per w/app, email or calls. Till today I received noting!!!!! Cant recommend them for nobody. Very poor service !!!!!

I ordered a watch on the 3rd of April only got watch on 23 May (lead time was 10 - 14 work days) The watch is not connecting to my phone and not working, they dont answer emails or WhatsApp's to resolve the issue.
