empty promises and no communication

After two years back and forth we still have damp issues. Actually damage wise it is worse since we have water damage on our gas stove and the cupboards.

Little to no communication when it comes to keeping promises regarding the 5 year warranty. Including not taking calls.

Have really been trying to give them the opportunity to make the situation right but doesn't seem like it is going to happen.
