Polmed deducted my money twice on my payslip on the 15 /01/2024, I then contact them to ask them, they told me that they deduct in advance so I said how do you deduct in advance, she couldn't explain further. I told her that once i was in a marine plan ànd that thing did not happen. I send that copy of my salary advice to them via email so on 22/01/2024 I received an message saying they are going to refund me through the persal. On 31/02/2024 I contacted Polmed to find out about my money that lady who was so clueless told me that she does not see or have access to check the money and I told her about the sms that I received on the 22/01/2024, she did check and she told me that she can see the sms but she will take the matter to the relevant department and they will contact me within 1 day but up until today I did not receive any call from them. On 01/02/2024 I send to two emails to them they did not reply. I feel like Polmed is useless not useful. I do have two colleagues of mine who joined last year but Polmed did not deduct twice to them which is cst Mabote and cst Mojanaga

Very poor service . I have been on Topmed since childhood and never had any issues . Now that Fedhealth has taken over.. there are issues coming up constantly and they are not easy to deal with .Everything is a burden to get through ..I really miss the Topmed service.I’m not happy … after being such an old member of Topmed .. it’s time for change .I’m looking for a new Medical aid and once it’s found , I’m going to move over .Fedhealth is not good with members , the service is poor and they don’t really care about customer service .

Very poor service . I have been on Topmed since childhood and never had any issues . Now that Fedhealth has taken over.. there are issues coming up constantly and they are not easy to deal with .Everything is a burden to get through ..I really miss the Topmed service.I’m not happy … after being such an old member of Topmed .. it’s time for change .I’m looking for a new Medical aid and once it’s found , I’m going to move over .Fedhealth is not good with members , the service is poor and they don’t really care about customer service .

My wife had a top med. Medical aid and which was latter merged with fedhealth. in 2019 she was covered where medical aid was deducting money from her account and then she got sick and when she went to see the doctor she was then told that she is not covered because the medical aid was cancelled from January to May hence they have been collecting the money, we have been sent from pillar to post regarding this issue and the refund of the money that was collected when there was no cover and i think that is pure daylight robbery.

Good day I just received an SMS telling me R10637.04 has been deducted from my bank account by Hosmed Medical Scheme. This is rediculous and not the first time that this medical aid does not communicate. I am a pensioner with a daughter in varsity. That is my full salary for the month of March, no groceries no transport money , no water and lights because ****ing HOSMED took my money. What is supposed to happen!!! They have been collecting my premiums on a monthly basis with no fail. I want my MONEY NOW TODAY! What does a person have to do to get a membership certificate?? I phoned a week ago and was told i would get an email.. I understand that there have merged with fed health but doesnt mean you shouldnt have records of everything??

I was with Topmed for a couple of years and never had any issues with them at all. Topmed no longer exists since Fedhealth took over. My son had a concussion at school while playing soccer and was rushed to the hospital (Emergency ward). This happened on the 31st July 2019. I was still under Topmeds cover on that day. Topmed did honor payments to the doctor and hospital which i am so grateful for. My query is , why was the Lake Smith and partner bill not paid under PMB at the time? As it was an emergency... Fedhealth is now Topmed from my understanding ? Fedhealth has now told me that it is a stale claim and that i must contact Topmed. I have tried that but my call goes to Fedhealth??? I am also getting an email with someone else's name and Surname in it so i am not sure if they are confusing my claim with someone else therefore not assisting me? Can someone please assist me ....I was with Topmed when this happened i do understand that...WHO IN TOPMED CAN ASSIST ME IF FEDHEALTH CANNOT. Has Topmed and Fedhealth now merged??? I have also emailed Topmed but get NO RESPONSE!!! From a bill that was R3300.00 it is now R2100.00 I have made payments but due to the covid pandemic , food was more necessary than paying this bill. I am asking for some assistance towards this matter PLEASE! Just for the R2100 amount to be paid or even half of it please...REF- 150720Q34451 - 80300659339 [MI894687384]

I would like to share the horrible or rather lack thereof feedback/service I received from Topmed medical scheme and advise each and everyone who even thought of joining this medical scheme, to re-consider and use my review as a guide to please stay away. It is Tax season and as all Medical aid schemes are aware, the request for Medical aid tax certificates are main priority. I requested a Medical aid Tax certificate on Monday 03 August 2020 via email and had to follow up with them as I did not receive any feedback within 48 hours. The reason for my follow up is that I requested a Medical aid certificate from Metropolitan's medical aid the same day and receive feedback within hours. On Wednesday 05 August 2020 I sent a follow-up email and again after not receiving confirmation of my email receipt, I decided to call them on their Client services call centre number. I was then put through to the medical scheme and after 30 minutes the call was cut. I decided to go on their website and got an alternative email address to which I sent an email again requesting a medical aid certificate. I received confirmation that my email was received and got a query number ri.e. 050820Q424PW. After much frustration I left it there and decided to wait. On Thursday 13 August 2020 (More than a week later) I went onto their website again and chatted online with 1 of their consultants named Brad and after providing him with all my details his response was " We do not pick you up on the system". I then asked him to refer me to a senior authority but he dodged my question and said he could not help. I then again sent an email (3rd email) and copied a complaints email address but to no avail. Up until today I am not only waiting for a Medical aid certificate, but I received no confirmation of anyone at Topmed taking accountability of my query. No one at Topmed ever came back to me with any answers and I find this totally pathetic. Extremely bad client service. All I ask is that anyone at Topmed, please provide me with the necessary!!!!!!! Please Topmed take some responsibility and provide your clients with the necessary!!!!

Its is unbelievable that from my last response topmed haven't even bothered to response. It just shows how incompetent are they. I think that was they reason why they actually close business because maybe a lot of clients have with drawn from this. please can someone response to my review, I need my tax certificate for the months that I was paying you guys.
