Constantly good
Bought from then several times already and it's always the same experience. Good quality products with good prices. The shipping is super-fast too, so there is nothing to complain about. Very few of these companies around, so go on and support them.

Efficient and Reliable
Great company with some of the best prices around. Shipped my order the following day. I ended up changing my order to a cheaper item and they refunded me the difference on the same day I requested.

IMPRESSED BEYOND MEASURE!
What an incredible company! 12 out of 10 for Client Centric'ness! I give you my word, if you are in the market for a Torch, Torch SA is the best place to buy that Torch! Not only due to great service when ordering the unit, but way more, down the line if ever a product which they are merely the reseller for gives an issue they will be in your corner to assist! Remarkable I tell you and in my 43 years on this planet I am yet to see better service then what Clarisse and her team provided me! IMPRESSED BEYOND MEASURE and will not buy a Torch in my life ever from another place again.

FANTASTIC!! EXCELLENT!!! YES YES YES!!! I placed an order on their website & paid via Apple Pay. I immediately received an order confirmation via email (Thursday 21/12/2023 @ 12:10) By 13:27 the same day, I received an email update that my order has been shipped. They attached a tracking number as well as a website should you wish to track your order. I stay in an outline town in KZN so naturally, I expected the courier to take 2-3 working day. I was pleasantly surprised when the courier was at my gate with my order on Friday (22-12) @ 08:54. Order places, shipped and delivered in less than 24 hours! Great job Torch SA team! Keep up the fantastic service.

Great service
I needed a weird size battery. Did online search and it popped up under TorchSA. I had never used them before so hence was reluctant. Placed order, received mail. Received dispatch and tracking number and then package arrived in the time they stipulated. Freaking awesome service. That's how online shopping should happen.

Great service

Torch SA…business with a DARK humor!
I sustained a brain injury and have short term memory issues preventing me from working. I feel so useless so I wanted to start a neighborhood watch in my road and patrol with my dog at night. Torch SA responded with a snide remark and basically made fun of my disability. If a business treats a mentally disabled person this way i don’t know how they would treat a able minded person.

Better than Awesome!
What an amazing experience I had with Torch SA! I had a 5 year old Manker torch that decided to give up on me. As they were agents I sent it to them to see if they could repair it. I didn't even buy it from them. Got an email from them that they sent me a replacement at no charge! Courier just delivered it. What an amazing experience from guys who had no responsibility to me. Thank you!!!
